I'm regularly asked for book recommendations and my first question for those asking is always the same - what do you like reading? It seems someone smarter than I has created a social media platform that can take that very same question and put it to even better use.
Goodreads is a great little website that brings the best of social media to the world of reading. After setting up a profile and inputting your favourite titles, you receive recommendations on other texts and authors your might enjoy.
Away from social media, the links below are really helpful as a guide for pupils across all year groups. Those senior school pupils interested in broadening their horizons/stretching their reading skills may also wish to consult the Advanced Higher recommendation list for the comparative dissertation here.
